Daidogei World Cup in Shizuoka
The “Street Performance World Cup in Shizuoka” is one of Asia’s largest street performance festivals, held annually every November in Shizuoka City. It started in 1992 and has since attracted top-tier street performers from both Japan and around the world. The festival features a wide range of performances, including juggling, acrobatics, mime, street magic, and more, with shows taking place at various locations throughout the city. The highlight is the “World Cup Division,” where the world’s best performers compete, showcasing their incredible skills. With around 1.5 million visitors over four days, it’s one of Shizuoka’s major autumn events, beloved by both locals and visitors alike.

Mount Fuji
Mount Fuji is one of Japan’s most iconic landmarks. From the Shizuoka side, you can enjoy stunning views of the mountain, especially from spots like Miho no Matsubara and Lake Tanuki.
